Clear Display’s 1-Year Limited Phone Case Warranty is included at no extra charge with eligible phone cases. It covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. No registration is required. It is additional to your rights under applicable consumer law.

2. Eligible cases and warranty period
This warranty applies to new phone cases purchased directly from cleardisplay.store in orders placed on or after the launch date above. It includes cases purchased on sale and cases included free or at a discount in a qualifying bundle. Each eligible case is covered separately.
The warranty lasts for 12 months from the date the case is delivered. A manufacturing defect must first become apparent during that period to qualify under this voluntary warranty. Please tell us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering it. If you report it after the period ends, we may ask for reasonable evidence that it became apparent during the warranty period. We will not reject a claim solely because it was reported after the period ended if the defect became apparent within it.
A gift recipient may claim using reasonable proof of the original eligible purchase. You do not need to register the case or keep its original packaging. Orders placed before the launch date are outside this voluntary warranty; all applicable statutory rights remain available.
3. What is covered
We cover defects in materials or workmanship arising from manufacture and becoming apparent during normal use. Depending on the case’s construction, examples include:
- Case layers, bonded parts or components separating because of a manufacturing defect.
- A fitted magnet becoming detached because it was incorrectly assembled or secured during manufacture.
- Artwork peeling, flaking or lifting because of defective print adhesion.
- A manufacturing fault in the shape, buttons or openings that prevents the case fitting or functioning correctly with the phone model ordered.
These examples do not limit coverage of other manufacturing defects. We assess the cause of the issue, rather than treating every cosmetic change or damaged component as a defect.
4. What this voluntary warranty does not cover
- Ordinary wear from use, including surface scratches, scuffs, abrasion, discolouration or fading that is not caused by a manufacturing defect.
- Damage caused by accidental drops, impacts, crushing, excessive bending, misuse or improper installation or removal.
- Damage caused by excessive heat, liquids, solvents, harsh cleaning products or use contrary to the care instructions supplied with the case.
- Damage caused by unauthorised alterations or repairs. An unrelated alteration does not automatically remove coverage for a separate manufacturing defect.
- Choosing the wrong phone model or finish, changing your mind, or ordinary differences between screen colours and printed colours. This does not exclude remedies for incorrect goods or goods materially different from their description.
- Loss or theft of the case.
This warranty provides a remedy for the case itself. It does not provide accidental-damage insurance for your phone or promise that a case will prevent every kind of damage. Nothing in this paragraph excludes compensation or other remedies required by law.
5. How to make a claim
- Email help@cleardisplay.store, preferably with the subject “Warranty claim”. You can also contact us by phone or post using the details above.
- Include your name, order number or other reasonable proof of purchase, the affected case and phone model, a description of the problem, and when you first noticed it.
- Where reasonably possible, include clear photos or a short video showing the issue. If you cannot provide these, contact us so we can discuss another reasonable way to assess it.
If the case appears unsafe or could damage your phone, stop using it while we assess the issue. Keep the case available for inspection. Please contact us before returning it; a physical return may not be necessary. Do not send it to Printify or a manufacturer without our instructions.
6. What we will do
We will review the information, request only further information reasonably needed to assess the claim, and explain our decision. We may arrange an inspection or return if needed. If the claim is declined, we will explain why, and you can ask us to review the decision or provide further information.
For an accepted manufacturing-defect claim, Clear Display will refund the amount paid for the affected case. We will issue the refund to the original payment method where possible. If that is unavailable, we will agree a suitable alternative with you. We will not require you to accept store credit.
For a multi-case bundle, we will allocate the total amount paid for the cases fairly across all cases in the bundle in proportion to their prices before the bundle discount. This includes a case advertised as free, so it is not treated as having no value for this warranty. We will explain the calculation. Free digital wallpapers do not reduce your case refund. We will also refund original delivery costs attributable to the affected case where required by applicable law.
We will process an approved refund within a reasonable time and tell you when it has been issued; your payment provider may take additional time to credit it. You do not need approval from Printify or the manufacturer, and our refund is not conditional on reimbursement from a supplier.
This refund process is the benefit under our voluntary warranty. Any right to a repair, replacement, refund, compensation or other remedy under applicable consumer law takes priority. We will not provide duplicate refunds for the same case and loss; this does not restrict other rights or remedies available under law.
7. Costs and reimbursement
There is no assessment, administration or restocking fee for an accepted claim. If a return is required for an accepted claim, we will provide a prepaid return method where reasonably available or reimburse reasonable postage costs.
Before paying return postage or other claim expenses, contact us so we can arrange a suitable method. To request reimbursement, send your order or claim reference, the receipt and a brief explanation to help@cleardisplay.store. We will reimburse reasonable expenses we are responsible for and explain the payment method. Contacting us first is not a condition that removes any reimbursement right you have under law. We will not impose charges for additional work or shipping without telling you and obtaining your agreement.
8. Your consumer rights continue to apply
The benefits under this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under applicable law. Its coverage limits, exclusions and 12-month period apply only to this voluntary warranty. They do not exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, statutory warranty, cancellation right, compensation right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Such rights may continue beyond 12 months.
For goods supplied to consumers in Australia:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If mandatory consumer protections in your country or region give you more extensive rights, those rights remain available. Nothing in this warranty requires you to use an Australian court or limits a right to pursue a claim locally where the law allows.
For cases that arrive damaged, incorrect or faulty, or for other return and cancellation requests, please also see our Refund Policy. Any request to report arrival issues promptly, and any supplier claim deadline, does not shorten this warranty or your statutory rights.
9. The terms that apply to your purchase
The warranty terms supplied with your eligible purchase apply to it. Future changes will not reduce warranty rights already provided with a purchase. Keep your order confirmation and a copy of these terms for reference.
