Terms of service
Last updated: 27 August 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Clear Display website, digital wallpapers, Clear Display Unlimited membership and related services.
By visiting our website, creating an account, purchasing a product or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services or complete a purchase.
1. About Clear Display
Clear Display provides downloadable digital wallpapers and membership access to a digital wallpaper library.
You can contact us at:
Clear Display
Email: help@cleardisplay.store
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase.
If you make a purchase for another person, you confirm that you have their permission and authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
3. Customer accounts
You may need a customer account to access membership benefits or digital downloads.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access
- Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account
Accounts and memberships are intended for individual use and must not be shared, transferred, sold or made available to another person.
We may temporarily restrict an account where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, unauthorised access, payment disputes or a material breach of these Terms.
4. Digital products
All Clear Display products are digital. No physical product will be shipped.
Product images displayed on different screens may vary slightly because of device settings, display resolution, colour calibration or software differences.
Before purchasing, you are responsible for checking the stated file format and device compatibility. If a supplied file is corrupted, inaccessible or materially different from its description, contact help@cleardisplay.store.
5. Digital delivery
Digital wallpapers are delivered through a download link, customer account, membership library or another electronic delivery method.
Delivery may begin immediately after payment is confirmed. You are responsible for:
- Providing a valid email address
- Maintaining access to your customer account
- Downloading and safely storing purchased files
- Using compatible software and devices
If you do not receive or cannot access a purchased file, contact us for assistance.
6. Wallpaper licence
Purchasing or downloading a Clear Display wallpaper does not transfer ownership of the artwork or intellectual property to you.
Clear Display grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:
- Download the wallpaper
- Store it on devices you personally own or control
- Use it as a personal device background
- Crop or resize it for your personal device
You must not:
- Sell, resell, sublicense or redistribute a wallpaper
- Share the original or full-resolution file with another person
- Upload the file to another wallpaper service, marketplace or download website
- Use the wallpaper in products for sale
- Use it for commercial branding, advertising or client work
- Claim the artwork as your own
- Remove copyright or ownership information
- Use the file to create NFTs or other commercial digital assets
- Use the wallpaper or artwork to train an artificial-intelligence model
- Make the file publicly available through social media, cloud storage, file-sharing services or similar platforms
Screenshots or promotional posts showing the wallpaper in use are permitted provided they do not make the original, extractable, full-resolution file available to others.
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Clear Display or the relevant rights holder.
7. Clear Display Unlimited membership
Clear Display Unlimited provides active members with access to:
- All wallpapers currently included in the membership library
- New wallpaper drops released during the active membership
- Weekly wallpaper drops at no additional cost
- Any other membership benefits described on the applicable product page
Weekly drops may contain one or more wallpapers. Available styles, formats and quantities may vary.
Membership library access is available only while the membership remains active and in good standing.
8. Membership pricing and renewal
Clear Display Unlimited costs:
- A$29.99 for the initial payment
- A$6.99 per month thereafter
The membership renews automatically each month until cancelled.
By purchasing the membership, you authorise us and our payment providers to charge the applicable recurring fee using your selected payment method.
International customers may see and pay an estimated amount in a supported local currency. Exchange rates, rounding, payment-provider charges and applicable taxes may affect the final amount displayed at checkout.
9. Cancelling a membership
You may cancel your membership before the next renewal through the available customer account or membership portal.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will retain membership access until that date.
After the membership ends:
- You will lose access to the member library
- You will not receive future wallpaper drops
- Member-only discounts and benefits will end
- You may continue using wallpapers you lawfully downloaded for personal use, subject to the licence in these Terms
If you cannot access the cancellation controls, contact help@cleardisplay.store before your next renewal date.
10. Payments and billing
You agree to provide accurate and authorised payment information.
If a recurring payment fails, membership access may be paused or cancelled after reasonable attempts to process the payment.
You are responsible for reviewing your transaction details and promptly reporting suspected duplicate or incorrect charges to help@cleardisplay.store.
Prices may change in the future. Any membership price change will apply prospectively and will not alter a billing period you have already paid for. Where required, we will provide reasonable advance notice so that you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
11. Returns and refunds
Because Clear Display provides digital products that cannot be physically returned, we do not provide change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds after digital delivery or membership access begins.
Payments already processed are not ordinarily refunded or prorated because you:
- Change your mind
- Do not use the product or membership
- Forget to cancel before renewal
- Cancel during a paid billing period
- Purchase an incompatible product after compatibility information was provided
This does not exclude any refund, replacement, cancellation right or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Our full Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
12. Immediate digital access
By purchasing digital content and requesting immediate access, you acknowledge that delivery may begin immediately after payment.
Where applicable law provides a cancellation or withdrawal period for digital content, that right may end after immediate delivery begins with your express consent and acknowledgement.
This clause does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
For Australian customers, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a digital product or service has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, cancellation, compensation or another remedy. If a failure is not major, you may be entitled to have the issue corrected within a reasonable period.
14. Availability and maintenance
We take reasonable steps to keep the store, downloads and membership services available. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security updates, hosting problems, payment-provider outages or events outside our reasonable control.
Where practical, we will take reasonable steps to restore access. If a material service failure cannot be corrected within a reasonable period, any remedies required by applicable law will remain available.
15. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the website or services for unlawful or fraudulent activity
- Attempt to bypass membership or access controls
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website
- Scrape, harvest or systematically download content using automated tools
- Introduce malware or harmful code
- Attempt to access another customer’s account
- Use stolen or unauthorised payment information
- Help another person infringe our intellectual-property rights
16. Intellectual property
The Clear Display name, branding, website content, wallpaper artwork, graphics, text and other materials are owned by or licensed to Clear Display and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited personal-use licence expressly granted in these Terms, no right, title or interest is transferred to you.
17. Third-party services
Our store and services rely on third-party providers, including Shopify, payment processors, Appstle Memberships and digital-delivery services.
Your use of certain features may also be subject to those providers’ terms and privacy policies. Clear Display is not responsible for third-party services to the extent that an issue is caused solely by that third party and is outside our reasonable control.
This does not limit any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By using the store, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers required to complete purchases, manage memberships and deliver digital products.
19. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that you have:
- Materially breached these Terms
- Shared or resold protected files
- Used the service fraudulently
- Compromised the security of the store or another account
- Used an unauthorised payment method
- Failed to pay an applicable membership charge
Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue.
Termination does not remove obligations or rights that arose before termination, including intellectual-property restrictions and mandatory consumer rights.
20. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clear Display is not responsible for losses that:
- Were not reasonably foreseeable when you entered into the agreement
- Result from your misuse of a product or service
- Result from incompatible software or devices where compatibility information was provided
- Result from your failure to secure your account or retain downloaded files
- Are caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, services, technology or legal obligations.
Material changes will apply prospectively. Where a change materially affects an active membership, we will provide reasonable notice where required. If you do not agree with a material change, you may cancel before your next renewal.
The current version will be posted on this page with the updated revision date.
22. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the applicable laws of Australia.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from relying on mandatory consumer protections or bringing a claim in a jurisdiction where applicable law gives them that right.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.
24. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Subscription Policy and any product-specific terms shown at checkout, form the agreement between you and Clear Display concerning your purchase and use of our services.
