Cancellation policy

Clear Display Unlimited membership

By purchasing a Clear Display Unlimited membership, you authorise Clear Display to charge your selected payment method the initial membership price shown before checkout, followed by the recurring monthly price shown before checkout.

The applicable amount and currency may vary depending on your market. Any applicable taxes and your final total will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Your membership renews automatically each month at the recurring price presented when you purchase, until you cancel.

How to cancel

You may cancel at any time before your next billing date through your customer account or membership portal.

If you cannot cancel through your account or membership portal, email help@cleardisplay.store from the email address linked to your membership.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges and takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to have access to all wallpapers and weekly wallpaper drops until that period ends.

Payments and refunds

If we receive your cancellation request after a renewal payment has already been processed, the cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle.

Payments already processed, including unused portions of a billing period, are not refundable for change of mind except where required by law.

If a payment fails, membership access may be suspended or ended until payment is successfully completed.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
