• The email address used at checkout
• A short description of what you need help with
• Photos of a damaged or incorrect case, or a screenshot of an error, where helpful

Please contact us before returning a phone case so we can give you the correct instructions. Do not send it directly to a print partner or manufacturer. Your statutory cancellation and consumer rights still apply. See our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy for more details.

For privacy requests, use the subject “Privacy Request”. For copyright concerns, use “Copyright Enquiry”. Both can be sent to help@cleardisplay.store.
