Custom wallpaper policy
Each purchase includes one finished custom wallpaper created from the instructions and photos submitted with the order. The submitted brief is final. Changes sent afterward by email, message or social media cannot be accepted.
This purchase does not include revisions, redesigns, do-overs, alternative versions or changes after delivery. If you would like a different design, a new order will be required.
Because every wallpaper is made specifically for you, cancellations and refunds are not offered if you change your mind, decide you prefer a different style, photo, wording or creative direction, or leave important information out of your original request.
Nothing in this policy excludes any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
